Possible Exposure. Please Help me

Dear forum members;

First of all, I would like to apologize for my English. Here is my case:
I had a protected sex with a professional that did not last more than 2 minutes and the condom did not break. However, I normally scratch my testicles because it itchy very bad. When I scratch then, I have some open cuts. I do remember that I scratch it before the intercourse but it took at least 5 minutes between I scratch my testicles and the intercourse. I felt some vaginal fluid and I am affraid that some of this vaginal fluid come in contact with theses open cuts on my testicles.
The worst thing is that I had a terrible fever after 10 weeks of this incident, this fever last for 8 hours and I was shaking a lot, I had no rash, or any other symptoms. I did have herpes on my lips after the fever that last for 7 days. So here are my questions?

1) What are my risks based on the event?
2) Are there any possibility that my fever was due to some HPV or other DST?
3) Dont you think that 10 weeks is too long for being a DST fever?
4) What could cause the symptoms besides HIV? Is it normal people have high fever and ending up no having HIV?

Any advice is welcome, I am very desesperate.

Best Regards from your Brazilian friend
