very fatigue

Last year sept I was giving oral sex to a man. Deep kissing and nipple suck. Almost everyday I am feeling
Very tired and having diarrhoea.  Is this HIV?  Co's I never feel so fatigues in the past.

You were already given the answer. HIV related symptoms are worth considering only if one had an exposure. In your case, there was no exposure, so HIV is not your issue. There may be many other reasons for fatigue. Fatigue alone is not an HIV sysmptom. Hope this should suffice and you will stop worrying and move on with your life. Have a good day
