Test accuracy

After unprotected vaginal sex with SW . i did test on 80th day (antibody test) rapid test.. and 90th day tridot test(2nd gen) both result came nonreactive

Now 120+ days of the exposure. i have still symptoms. since 80+ days.
* in this condition my test result how much realiable?
