Tested negative four weeks after possible exposure

Hi doctor,
I live in Australia, and I had an unprotected sex with a girl about six weeks ago. I wasn't concerned till I accidentally saw a video about HIV on YouTube, right after that I got panicked. So about four weeks later I went to see a GP and took a HIV blood test, the result showed negative. About four days after the test, I took a INSTI self test, and the result was negative. So far I haven't got too many symptoms except I had a flu like feeling (with runny nose) and a headache, which was gone the next day. What worries me the most is that now my feet get numb so easily, definitely more frequently than before. I asked the girl and she said she's definitely clean but still I'm not fully convinced. I know about the window period, but I also read about the DUO test, which could be very sensitive after four weeks. The thing is that I'm not sure if the test I took was DUO test. So what's the chance that I could be infected. Please doctor help me I'm really concerned and I can't sleep well every night.

Call the lab to find what test was used. Did you do oral, anal or vaginal?
