a bit worried

dear doctors
handsfield and hook,

last week i was away for five days, i had sex with two transexuals and one girl, all protected and have never had unprotected sex at all. However i performed oral on one of the transexuals without a condom for a good few minutes although there was no climax. About a day later i got a sore throat which now 6 days later i still have a bit. It has never been very painful just dry and annoying. I have also had a few head aches and felt very tired. I now also have a sore right ear when i swallow. I have had ear infections before but no real trouble in 3 years now, although i have had the odd dizzy spell which i attribute to the inner ear. Im not overly anxious as i know the risks from giving oral are small but when i got on a few sites i saw that some of my symptoms are like those for infection from HIV so quite worried. The other factors i have taken into account are that i probably walked 8-10 miles each day i was away and often forget to drink enough water, usually i have two litres a day but for these five possibly not as much as one litre and i know dehydration can have similar effects, also my ear got very sore during the flight landing and although this has never happened me before i didnt worry too much about it. Also this was the only time i have ever given oral so im aware that maybe this hurt my throat, the transexual also gave me poppers to smell, which i also had never done before, this gave me a head ache at the time but im still  wondering with all these factors am i at risk
