if after taking a test and waiting for the result date, if you were found to have hiv on the test would they call you on the phone? my results date is tomorrow, but i was just wondering if they already knew the results would they call? just to add, no ones has called me.
In the UK they will text negative results and they will disclose any results over the phone.

Here they say if you don't hear from them in two weeks everything is negative.
I called in for the 58 day results, the HIV and Hep were neg but there was a problem with Syph.it was delayed or took longer or something. Called in today in case they phoned when my battery was flat and that was Neg.
All the appointments for results here are after 4pm. If someone gets a positive that's not much time for post result counselling seeing as the place shuts at 5.

Do something to occupy your mind for a while or go shop for something then go and get your results. Let us know and good luck.
i pick my results up in just over 1 hour from now. I am very nervous please wish me luck.
If you are unable to wait then you should try to call them. No one here knows what that testing center policy is regarding to notifying about test results. Good luck.
i see... if you are found negative on the test they would not call. i feel a little better now but really nervous about tomorrow.

more than likely they will tell you to come in most dr offices dont give results out on the phone unless you know them its just not standard practice
