all symptoms but negative elisa at 8 weeks
hi i am an indian living in dubai.(sorry for my bad english and such a long post) i am 30 year old male. 11 weeks ago (aug 10) i did a big mistake unprotected minimal anal sex (half inch penetration for 20 seconds) with a prostitutre then protected vaginal.(i was drunk) 4 weeks later(sep 13) i had a high fever for 4 days and gone, 1 single very small red spot on my upper trunk (still exists ) next day i started coughing so i went to a doctor( sep 19) he prescribed 1 antibiotic,cough syrup ,and paracetamol. and advised to have a blood test (not for hiv ) told me to call for the result at evening .on the phone doctor told me my esr levels are high (40) and ordered for chest xray. the next morning he checked the xray and told me chest is not clear. told me to come back after 1 week (the medicines was for 1 week) then i checked on the internet about my symptoms elevated esr etc ... i was so depressed because i see the ars and seroconversion symptoms .i lost my sleeps (only 2 , 3 hour sleep a day). i noticed at my clinical file my weight is 83.5 kgs(they measured my weight i didnt noticed at the clinic)i was 87 kgs before 2 weeks then i started check it everyday i noticed i am losing weight every day (i become 80 kgs within 1 week )means i lost 7 kgs in 2 weeks .my cough minimized within 1 week then i started shortness of breath for 1 week ( i used some herbal powder then it gone) .everyday i checked my body for symptoms several times i noticed that my lymph node in jaws are swollen i can feel my groin nodes also tender (i dont know how was it before ) i lost appettite , one day i noticed my mouth has thick saliva and exessive thirsty i shocked when i checked my tongue on the mirror it was white i checked about thrush on the internet and realised that i have thrush ( i did spit candida test myself it proved i have candida ) during all the days i noticed that i am bloating too much and itching some places of my body ( thighs arms scalp etc...) some times i feel loose stools bieng very fatigued all time and muscle pain on my thighs legs arms i was so so scared all this days i cant concentrate anything i told my close friend about this he encourage me to tested its hard to test in dubai if they found positive they will deport and i will lose everything (all people around me will know this )my friend find a clinic they offer confidential hiv test so we went (oct 15) 8.3 weeks from my exposure ) there and did hiv test at morning evening we called them and the nurse at the clinic said the result is negative is this conclusive ? please help me is this is not hiv then what is all these symptoms ?is ars symptoms will occure like this (week by week)
no way anyone on this forum can diagnose you...but more than likely caused by anxiety.

NO...ars symptoms come at once. if someone is experiencing true ars symptoms...they come at 2-4 weeks post exposure and last for 1-2 weeks.
a test at 8 weeks is HIGHLY unlikely to change. test at 3 months for a conclusive result, but you can relax and expect a negative.

i forgot my lovely wife for 5 minutes(she is in india ) under the influence of alcohol i regretting if i found negative i will never do sex with anyone exept my dear wife
