Saliva and blood

Can you get hiv by saliva in contact with your blood? I am always biting my lips and make bleeding sores on the inside of my lips. Having a bleeding sore like that, i shared a bottle of water with another. I am worried that maybe his saliva left on the rim or the saliva in the water entered my bloodstream and got infected if the person is poz. I know that generally saliva does not transmit hiv but i don't know what happens if in contact to blood or if the infected person for example has a big viral load.

How many times do you have to be told you never had an exposure?

No it wouldn't because saliva is not infectious.

Would that depend on viral load ?

Saliva contains over a dozen different enzymes and proteins that inhibits HIV transmission. Yes saliva does contain HIV particles but they are not infectious.

Saliva actually inhibits HIV transmission--no risk.
