UInprotected Sex with a prostitute in Moscow

Hi there, I'm a married english man living in Moscow. My wife is away on business and I had unprotected vaginal sex with a prostitute last night. I'm so worried that i feel sick at the risk I have put myself and my wife at. Am I high risk for infection. FYI I'm circumcised....apparantly this may reduce my risk somewhat. God I feel so so sick with worry. We had sex twice the first time we used a condom and the second we did not...not sure what came over us....but we just seemed to click and we went of it a second time without thinking and did not use protection.

Yes will do as advised. God I'm so worried and feel so sick about what has happened. Is the risk high that I could be infected....feel like my whole world is collapsing around me.

Before you go back to having unprotected sex with your wife you need to test for STDs and HIV. Your 3 month test will be conclusive.
