Ulcer in my mouth

1 month ago, I practiced oral sex to a stranger, two days later I noticed that I had an ulcer in my mouth, so I was scared because I do not remember if the ulcer was present when oral sex was practiced on this man or if it was after this Event, it should be noted that there was no ejaculation during the moment and also observe preseminal fluid, is there a risk of transmission of HIV?

No one in 40 year HIv history got if from oral because it is inactivated in saliva so can't infect.
