You are HIV negative, accept it and move on.
I know anibody is the only test approved for diagnostic and I very much agree with it. But in circumstances where people show immunity impairment for reasons other than HIV (cancer, agammaglobulinemia, etc) these ones ought to get a PCR. So my question is: how long after infection an ultrasensitive RNA PCR should turn out to be "detectable"?
PCR-RNA tests cannot give a conclusive test result.
Antibody test is the only test apporved for diagnostic. An antibody test is conclusive at 3 months post exposure.
