Unprotected rough oral sex/Condom put-back-in-place

Dear Doctor,
I am 24 yo male. Last Saturday, I had unprotected oral sex with a Russian mid-30s (not sex worker but I met her in a nightclub in miami beach and did not know her before). It was pretty rough and mutual. After that, we had protected sex. Then back to unprotected oral with ejaculation (although she withdrew quikly). I was so drunk I did not think about the risks of unprotected oral sex. Also, right after the sex, I went to the bathroom and rinced/soaped my penis (I was so scared I even put some alcohol hand sanitizer directly on it!!). I noticed the oral sex had been rough as I had felt earlier as I noticed a reddish square/scratch about 1 millimeter square (maybe on the base/corner of the glans (corona?). It was not bleeding after the sexual intercourse but I am unsure if it might have been bleeding during the unprotected oral sex. Also, at some point I had a condom which was out and she put it right back in place (on the right side). It has been 4 days I am almost unable to sleep. I have GERD / acid reflux (condition I have had for many years now) which is obvious getting at a record high right now. This is so anxious to me that I cannot focus on anything else and feel like those next 6 months/3 months are going to be unbearable. Also I seemed to have a caught a cold but at the same time, I was outside late and without proper coat that night on Saturday and the temperature went down very low in miami beach (I could feel that I was getting cold).
1) What are my risks in terms of HIV for both the oral sex and the put-back-in-place condom?
2) Should I test in 6 weeks or should I try to get one of those HIV RNA tests as well before?
3) I have her number. Is there a way I could get more information about her by calling and asking her? Is there a way to ask without getting hung up on?
Thank you so much for any answer you can give me.
Best,
J.

Thank you so much for your answer. It looks like I must force myself to relax now. Testing is not warranted. Gotcha. I will go through the posts in the forum and still try to call (who knows? maybe, she won't hang up on me...).
