Unprotected sex, now on PEP

Hi, on Sunday 16th Dec, about 3am I had sex with this girl, don't know her, met at a party. I recieved unprotected oral sex for quite some time, she then got a condom and put it on me, it didn't fit so well but we went on anyway (still can't believe myself)! After like 8 mins, it slipped and came out! We went on for sometime without replacing it, about 4-10 mins, then I recieved oral again without a condom!
I think she was lactating cause I could feel some liquid from her breast. Thoughout I used my fingers a lot.
I made sure not to ejaculate inside her, so I pulled out and used my hands like for 3 mins!
I got so scared when I realised two small cuts on my penis head, a cut on my finger and blood on my fingers!
I washed my penis and hands with water immediately, and then with some alcohol 10mins later!

The really scary part is later when another girl (her friend I'm guessing) told me that she has AIDS.
I started PEP today, 18th Dec, 56 hrs 10mins after exposure, after a HIV test (negative), prescribed by the doctor, 1 tablet a day of Lamivudine USP 300mg and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 300mg for 28 Days!

My questions are,
1) Do you think I'm at any risk?
2) Is the PEP dose correct and/or enough?
3) What should one eat while on PEP regimen?
All answers will be trully appreciated!

Thank You!

No you would not take a DUO test 4 weeks after nPeP completion.

1. Do you think you had a risk...clearly you did and a Dr did to give you PEP.
2. We don't comment on medication prescribed to you by a Dr
3. Food

PEP probably should not have been given to you because you don't know if the girl had HIV.
