Vaginal sex with no ejaculation

I was wondering if a woman who had vaginal intercourse with a HIV positive man, would be at risk of exposure, if the man did not ejaculate during intercourse?

Yea gtshubha is right about this. Doesn't matter if the guy ejaculated or not, if the penis penetrated the vagina, then there's a risk.

Whatever I understood from here, with or without ejaculation receiving vaginal sex is a risky action. The female can come close to the contact of pre-*** which does contain HIV. So please do a blood test is required. However, if it's only for one time, the risk may be low. However a blood test is always required.

Thanks Sunny One, I am aware of the 3 months test rule, what I wanted to know was if there was a risk if transmission without the exchange of seminal fluids...?
