HIV

Hello,

I had a vaginal protected intercourse with a prostitute (condom didn't break). The girl was a mom and she was under lactation, I have licked her nipples few times but without the direct intention to suck or taste the milk. I am becoming very anxious toward this matter, am I under high risk of getting HIV transferred to me? I want to perform a P24 combo test as soon as possible, will this test give accurate results after 11 days of exposure?

Please help.....

Breast milk is only a risk to infants and very young children. It's not a risk to adults.

You don't need a test, you never had an exposure.

Hi Teak, thanks a lot for your replies. Regarding the second question about P24 combo test, will 11 days after the intercourse give a good indication of my HIV infections status ?

Hi Teak,

Thanks for your reply. But I had licked and sucked her nipples, the girl was lactating at that time (I didn't intend to taste or drink the milk). Am I under the risk of having HIV transferred to me ?
