What is the problem

I really appreciate the support you folks give to the needy people like me.
This is my story I had a protected sex, Started to penetrate but stop after 6 to 8 secs due to some call on my mobile .with CSW whose HIV status is unknow and I assumed her she is HIV +Ve.
She is fingering her and she put the condom on me with same hand which she had some vaginal fluids.
After that no further play.
I have touched the condom and removed it and when I touched it I felt it was wet and my hand also become wet. I would have stopped there but, I had given full hand job on my uncircumsized with same vaginal fluid strained hand.
Every one says in this forum this no RISK AT ALL! MOVE ON!.
Let me ask the question.
The NO RISK even applies: even if there are micro craks and sore in the penis? Since I am uncricumsied definitly the vaginal fluid stayed under foreskin since I have not gone for wahing for next 6 hours.
I am in 5th Week and I have ulcer in mouth and given me enough pain in the neck (I have this for a week). And Have severe head ache and See my tounge filled with white when see in the morning after getting up from the bed and Feverish feeling. These symptoms worried me.
I am loosing my concentration on work and peace with my family. My Wife is forcing for a sex, I am avoiding as she feed the kid. She getting anger and confused with me.
I am really confused and worried, about my risk? I am not sure a Test is Really Needed? or A test at 6 weeks is enough? what type of testing suggested for me to clam or needed?

Whatever you think your problems are, are unrelated to HIV. You didn't have a risk. Seek professional mental help to deal with your guilt.
PS. God doesn't punish you or anyone else by contracting HIV.

Just to get out of my guilt my Dr suggested a test and I knew I have over reacted with multiple tests. My Dr also given me some anti-depression tabs but I did not take it.
All my test at 6,7,8 weeks all came negative and 7 week PCR DNA also nagative. My Guilt of first encounter is gone. The lab also given me the assurance PCR DNA at 7 weeks is conclusive with a EIA at 8 weeks.
My new worries are for last one weeks after my 6 week lab visit - I have itching all over my body and rashes in 4 places in my body really makes me to worry about needle reuse as it is HIV/AIDS clinic.
I knew for sure I will not at risk for HIV for the first case putting both No Risk and Test Results.
But I am keeping worring for last one week getting HIV from needle resue. You have mentioned no one will resuse.
But I have not seen him chaging the needle infornt of me.
I am sure if he had chnaged the needle - I am free of HIV. I am hoping the same.

You aren't paying attention. You didn't have a risk and don't need testing you had protected sex.
As said in my other thread - My test at 6weeks ( 42 days after the incident) is negative. The councellor said no further testing need and you people also the same. I want to put this behind me and move on but due the below.

the answer to your swollen lymph nodes (if indeed they are truly swollen) is your tooth problems.
the diarrhea can be caused from numerous things...first on the list is anxiety in your case. also taking antibiotics can cause upset stomach.

I have taken one 5 days of AMoxicilln and Clavulanate Potassium tabels and mefenamic acid 500 mg for tooth tissue inflamation and the pain and inflamation is gone. After stopped I got pain in neck with sowllen lympnodes.
But for last two days again I have and now feel little pain in the neck but still I have swollen lymp nodes I can feel it. But no pain when I touch them. I have somtach upset for long time ( more than three weeks). I need to rest room 4 times a day.
A test at 40 days be considered as 5 week or 6 week. In my place we have only third generation testing is available. Is PCR can be taken to shorten the window period.

thanks for sharing your experience. I understand from every one that protected is protected. Yes i See from many people test result. When I pulled our as you said I should have zipped up and returned.

how about this... I had relations with someone i met online in october, she seemed really slutty, that perhaps compared to your csw, the csw is probably much cleaner. I regret this myself, and hate myself for doing so... but what i want to say is this : Come the end of december, and i start feeling sweeling on my armpits... had a small/minor fever... had chills and body aches for a week.
my exposure was protected sex(anal) for a few minutes ( < 3 minutes ) and did not ejaculate. there was alot of hand play with my junk on her part, which i regret letting it happen, i should have justed zippered up.
well, since late december (26th), i persisted with the armpit aches ( i think they were tender lymphnodes ), and in the 2nd week of january, i had a swollen lymph node on my neck. i also remember seeing some white ulcer (canker sore?) sometime in november ( some days after i had gone to the dentist ). that's when i started coming to this site and everyone was telling me i had a low risk exposure.
so, these were my test results:
4 weeks : hiv negative.
13 weeks : hiv negative
14 weeks : hiv negative
24 weeks : hiv negative ; hav non-reactive ; hbv non reactive ; hcv non reactive
since dec 26th my armpit lymph nodes have finally subsided where i don't notice them anymore, but i still have the one on my neck... i could also have sworn i did have hiv... and from your symptoms, it sounds like mine were much harsher.

You mean to say you had swollen lymph nodes with pain and loose motion . ( I have stomach upset, pain and I need to go rest room 4 days a day ). I never felt the lympnodes before and pain under my lower jaw.
neck pain is related with anxiety and stress a good massage will help with that, about the lymph nodes forget about it, 42 days is too late for ARS, and symptoms are useless
Something physically bothering me for a while which is the neck pain. I have the pain in left side of neck and have buring sensation and I can easy feel a pump ( round I in low left jaw by hand and also when eat ot drinking alos I can feel some thing in juntion of neck and low jaw. I assumed it is swollen lympnodes.
This makes me worried.B.cos I am feeling this physically.

THANKS ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT. This forum given me Enough knowledge to reduce the fear I had. Before that I was crazy and in bad shape.

Your symptoms are anxiety driven the pain in the neck is caused by stress, and for the Hiv the symptoms means nothing, only 50% of hiv positive people had symptoms, so they arent reliable, your not risk exposure cannnot be the source of those symptoms, if you continue worried go an get tested right know, it only takes 20 minutes, and will give you some peace in your life, anyway I think you will need therapy for you anxiety and stress, you can find the neerest place to you for test at http://www.hivtest.org you can have free+anonymous+rapid test in just 20 minutes, by know 5 week the test is 90-95% accurate, so that toghether with your No risk you can be confident you dont have HIV.
There has never been a documented case of mutual masturbation transmision of HIv. so you wont be the first one, like Lizzie told you, search for help to cope with your fears, search for HIV Fear+OCD and you will find that the fear of hiv cases are more that the Hiv cases

you have been told on this forum AND by dr. hook, that you were not at risk for acquiring hiv from the situation that you described.
we cant help you with the guilt that you are feeling...so maybe you should seek the help of a mental heath professional...a therapist...to talk through those feelings.
