What's the point? (Oraquick swab)

The test says a positive result definitely doesn't mean you're infected, but a negative result definitely doesn't mean you aren't. Particularly within the previous three months. I tested four times with this at 8, 10, 12 weeks and then 6months in total. All negative. Can I feel confident with this result? If I were you, could you feel confident with this result?
