When to test after incomplete pep treatment

Dear doctor,English to me is a foreign language, and I am trying to express myself clear.

Doctor, I would like to ask you some questions concerning incomplete course of HIV nPEP (Triumeq).

I took a pill of Triumeq daily for the first two days, but on the third day, I took 2 pills to adjust the timing. And then the medication lasted for 3 more days. In a word, I took 7 pills of Triumeq in 6 days and then stopped. I didn't complete the suggested 28-day course of nPEP.

Here below are my three questions:

(1) How long can I expect the effects of the 7 pills of Triumeq in 6 days are gone from my body ?

(2) Will the pills delay my antibody response if i was infected? If yes, how long could it prolong the antibody response?

(3)  I am wondering how long the window period is for me.I have no idea when I can test for conclusive results. Is it 3 months, 6 months, a year , or even longer?

Dear doctor, i am so confused and worried, please kindly address my questions.

Your reply will be highly appreciated.
Thank you very much.

and when did you stop the pep?
There was actually no penetration sex, but my exterior hemorrhoids, which sometimes leaves some blood mark on toilet paper when inflamed, may have been exposed to the guy's precum. What I know for certain is that his penis did not directly touched my hemorrhoids since he did not try to open my *** cheeks with his hands. He just lay on me naked (I was naked too. I was facing the bed, and he was facing my back. We were not face to face. Sorry for my english),pushed against my ***, and his hands were holding my hands. What I am afraid about is his precum may have slipped onto my hemorrhoids and led to infection. Besides, my lips touched his precum, but I did not open my mouth to do blowjob and my lips had no any cuts then. That's pretty much what I did.

It has been 8.5 months since I stopped PEP. I have been worried sick each day since then, given doctors in my countries seemingly had no consensus when I can test for conclusive result.
You had NO RISK for HIV.  You did not need to test, and you definitely did not need PEP.  I am glad to hear that you stopped it.  You do not need to worry about precum touching your hemorrhoids.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

If you don't do either of those activities with a person who has HIV, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.   There is NO detail you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

If you want to test for peace of mind only, you can do that any time for a conclusive result.  It will be negative since you had zero risk for HIV.
Thank you for the instant response. I really want to move on. Thank you.
