White tongue and fever

Hello all!

Since the second day of my possible exposure(unprotected oral sex with prostitute) I got white tongue an fever (37.5). I also feel very weak, like I have no power in my legs, dry mouth and metalic taste, and I also saw some whiter spots on my tongue. I am very concerned...
It's true that I've been smoking much...
I'm really scared.
In three hours from now I have an apointment with a doctor specialised in infectious diseases.

Could HIV cause all these sympthoms after 2 days?
I'm really scared...

Thank you!

Thanks Lizzie.

Could all these be sympthoms from other STD? I read that white tongue is an early sympthom of hiv. Is it true?

Thanks, and sorry for being so insistent.
