Worried, Possible HIV Risk, Male to Male Anal!

A few days ago I had my first experience with another man. He was a total stranger. He gave me unprotected oral sex. I then proceeded to conduct anal on him while wearing a condom, my condom didn't break as far as i know. This lasted no more than 3 minutes as i wasn't fully erect.  He then asked if I could bottom and i said yes. I saw he wore a condom and while he was penetrating me i reached my hand to feel the ring of the condom on his penis but then i let go and i assumed it was still on.  This also lasted no more than 3 minutes because the penetration hurt me too much. Even though i think he used a little bit of lube.

(1)My question is, what are the possibilities his condom might have slipped off or broken during this penetration on me?  My mind is going crazy wondering "what if his condom came off or broke" since i didn't get to inspect his condom afterwards.

(2) He said he tested Negative as of July, 2013 and that he was clean. Still, he was a total stranger and could've lied.

(3) Is my encounter considered to be risky, low risk, no risk? Would a doctor recommend me to take a test for HIV based on what i've said?

(4) Is it safe to continue my unprotected sexual activities with my female partner?

I feel shame on myself for having conducted this act :(

Thank you.

HAD IT...YOU'D KNOW. BELIEVE ME

JUST WHAT YOU ARE DOING..."GOING CRAZY".  DON'T LET YOUR MIND WANDER.  HAD IT BROKEN...YOU'D KNOW.

ANYONE COULD LIE.  "CLEAN" IS NOT AN APPROPRIATE TERM TO USE WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE HIV OR ANY OTHER STD.

NO RISK

(4) Is it safe to continue my unprotected sexual activities with my female partner?

IN REGARDS TO HIV...YES.

I feel shame on myself for having conducted this act :(

Nothing to do with HIV as you had no risk but i suggest you go see a doctor if you are concerned.

5 days after my exposure, today i started getting a sharp pain on my finger nail from my hand, diarrhea and stomach cramp/pain.  Would this be any indication of HIV disease?

I'm so stressed !!!

Thank you for your reply!  I really appreciate your well informed answers.

So I guess since there wasn't risk, no need to get tested, in your opinion?

Thanks again.
