Worried about HIV and skin rash

Hi - I am dead worried about some skin rash that started appearing on my back and chest. I didnt have unprotective sex but had oral with a guy I met and there was some exposure to pre-***. The rash are small red in color and have a very small white bump (like a head to them) and mostly on upper part of my back . I went to dermatologist who said it is nothing serious (I didnt ask him whether it could be HIV syndrome) and gave me some foam to use. The rash has been there for almost three weeks now and i have been terrified since. I am planning to go and get tested but I keep on reading that i need to wait at least 3 months . Will the test results be somewhat accurate if i get tested now given that the only syndrome I had is the rash  (if rash was a syndrome of HIV)

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV and the rash you have is NOT a rash with ARS.
