Syphilis chancre on finger and HIV

Dear,

I have had unprotected oral sex of sex worker in Malasia, beginning of september.
Now 4 weeks later I get a sore on my finger which looks like chancre.
For the rest I do not have anything like fever,....
2 Weeks ago I had sex with my regular girlfriend and I fingered her.
She does not have any STD's, I am sure except maybe herpes..
I am really worried now and being abroad for my work.
I cannot do immediately a test so I am very worried

Now I have a few questions:

1. Is possible that you get a chancre on your finger and none on your penis from a person carrying shypillis giving oral sex ?

2. If so getting sphyllis and the person has HIV can I get it also and can it enter via finger ? I have not touched her genitals at all.

3. Can it be that it is herpes sore on my finger from girlfriend ?

I am worried, it is driving me crazy; can someone reassure not to worry.
I always thought oral sex is harmless.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Teak,

thanks still have questions:

1.Can I get via my fingers.
The chancre/chandroid (do not know the difference) started 4 weeks after, if syphllis/HSV1/2 found a route there to go in.
Will HIV pass through also ?

2.If the HIV infected person had an outbreak of HSV1/2 I have read that the transmission becomes from low risk to high risk when oral sex is done
is this true ? Or can one say orally transmission of HIV is impossible no matter what circumstances are ?

Sorry to ask so many questions.

Not an HIV concern. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
