But I never faced fever on these days expect the day -1. Never faced swallon glands and swallon limb nodes... I am totally worried and got anxies and had a Standatrd HIV antibody test for HIV -1 & 2 on my 54 th day ( ie: Oct 4th 2013 - 7.5 weeks from my possible exposure date) and it came as non reactive... after from Oct 5th I am gettng small rashes on my hand 2 nos and in  shoulders and in legs and some of them in legs are itching... Kindly advise me will my 7.5 weeks antibody negative will likely to change positive on my 12th week...I am too much worried and left my gulf job and came...I scare for death... Plz help me doctor..

You never had a risk.  Sexually speaking, ONLY unprotected vaginal or anal sex is a risk for HIV transmission.

You do NOT need HIV testing for this encounter.

Dear teak...
Thanks for your reply and I seen many of your post and I m thankful that you are giving considerable reply to all..
Sorry to bother you again since I have one clarification and need to clear from you..
In case if I m with possible exposure ...if there is any chance of my 53th day rapid test and 58th day western blot negative results change positive at 12th week rapid test....

Also kindly clarify that the ars symtoms fever will get exactly on 29th day of post exposure. ...

All above all to reduce my anxiety. ..

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
