Condom slipped with symptoms

On 1 May 2016, I had an exposure with a sex worker, where it began with unprotected oral sex for about 1minute. After that frottage happens for about 1minute where my head of penis being rubbed against her vagina. After that, we had protected sex and everything seems fine. Until mid way through where she was on top, i was not so hard and the sex goes on as usual where she was on top. About 3-5mins later i removed my penis from her and she showed me the condom where is has been slipped. By that time only i realized the condom was not on me anymore. I was stunned and unsure when it slipped, it may happen while i was not that hard anymore in her during the midway sex.

Starting about 3rd day I had some random pains around me. And it goes on from the 1st to 5th week (until now) I had diarrhea occasionally after the exposure until now as well, where I had soft stools instead of the frequent need pass stool.

On the 6th week, I had a rash, looks like hives throughout my body when I woke up in the morning (Monday). This never happened to me ever before in my life. It goes off few hours later after applying some cream. Same goes to the second and third day as well. Rash throughout my body when I woke up however 2nd and 3rd day was abit lesser. 4th day was clear after having anti histamine tablet. Throughout this week i had muscle pains on my legs as well, it worsen on Friday, kinda pain to walk where few days back i did some jogging (previous Saturday). This muscle pain happens instantly after i had the jog. I had joint pain while sleeping as well on one of the day on my left elbow and knee. Then on Friday and Saturday morning i feel that my body was hot in the morning not sure whether is fever, it goes off after few hours in the morning. Starting this Saturday until today 15 July 2016, i had white tongue, looked like candida, every morning. I am a very hygienic person and brushes twice daily. I am scarred about oral thrush and i brushes them off every morning.

On the 7th week I found my girlfriend to have some rash/spots at the backof her. It looks like hives, and pimple like spots on her chest. I was very surprised and scared I would have infected her. As I recall we performed only few protected sex and unprotected oral sex before after my exposure. Both of us never live together so i supposed it wasn't any kind of allergy.

Week 8, when I met her again, I saw her leg has 3 spots of boil like rash, after she scratch the hives like rash. She doesn’t know anything about my exposure, and she had sore throat for one week before her rash.

Starting from week 6 until now, week 11, I had itchy bumps appearing randomly around me about 5 daily around my legs, hands, and red flat itchy hives like rash about 5 daily covers about 2cm appears randomly throughout my body. I found them out whenever I feel itchy. It disappears in about an hour.

Again, this never happen to me before. I have been reading the forum and I know frottage and oral sex was low risk, however I was worried on the condom slipped. I am also worried I have infected her. The random itchy spot hives like rash has been bothering me and make me worried. Apart from that, i feel that my throat have something stuck all the time, and very gas feel in my body. I am going to get tested tomorrow.

What are my chances of being infected. Please advice.
