Scared hiv aids

I am very scared I have hiv or almost aids.

Met a guy at hotel non protected oral protected anal. I have herpes and like an idiot when he came I immediately rubbed his com all over my penis. I feel his is how I became infected as I may have has micro abrasions.

I know this is not he norm but here is what happened,

36 hours later I got very ill threw up terrible diarreha and a new rash in between my genitals and anus. Had a very sore lower back dry mouth headache and fatigue. I swear I could feel tingling in my lower back that move up my spine.

Since that day I have never been well. Diarreha and loose stool 5 time a day for six weeks. Diverticulitus infection 3 times. Doctor diagnosed thrush that won't do away treats with nystatin and now fluconozol. I have strange black and red dots on my skin and I have burning sensation in my shoulder biceps hands and now my feet.

I have been to so many doctors and hospitals but it is just so scary that nothing heals me. I told my doctor I can accept anxiety an depression if he could fix one thing either thrush constant stomach and intestines gurgling ... Just seems my body can't fix anything. I was very healthy until this encounter and I have never been the same.

I had duo test with antigen at 18 days. Rapid test at 25 days. Pcr rna viral load at 5 weeks and another rapid test at 6 weeks. All negative and no viral load.

I am going mad as I feel so sick and no one can tell me what's going on. I feel hiv is causing all of these issues and that my immune system can keep up.... I also contracted cdiff in the hospital.

So since the encounter....

Flu like after 2 days with genital rash
Lots of red and black spots on my skin
3 diverticulitis infections
Thrush medically diagnosed and treated wont heal
Burning sensation in arms first now toes and feet.
Poor digestion 5 times a day at least and floating stools malabsorption ?
Lost 12 pounds 215 to 203
Night sweats

I am at the end of my rope as all of my doctors and yea I am hoping this could all be anxiety so seeing mental health professional too.... Prozac and trapazone to sleep.

I am desperate trying to understand why I have never been sick like this and I have talked to 5 doctors about hiv aids and everyone tells me no.... But why can't I heal I have been on antibiotics for a month .....!ntravenius in the hospital and oral since I left.

What do you think I should so where can I turn ?

Also had cd4 test with 751 cd4 and good cd8 ration was over 1 so they say normal .... All of my numbers in cbc white cells platelets etc are normal range but everything close to be low end of normal.

I appreciate you honest feedback and your expertise. I just don't know what to do ... I feel I need antivirals but no one will listen ?

Thanks so much

you never had a risk and none of the symptoms you are describing are indicative of an early infection.

if you are having health concerns, work with a dr...IT'S NOT HIV RELATED

So you had 5 Dr's tell you it's not HIV. I will back them up saying you did not have a risk. You have had several tests all negative. You don't have HIV, as you never had a risk.
