Protected sex is not a risk for HIV. As long as the condom didn't break or slipped off. You risk is essentially non existent (as one of my fav docs says).

Yes. How did you get a WB test?. Is this a theoric question?. What was your risk?.
You should never have been given a WB with a negative ELISA.
elisa test negative index value 0.03
So it means you had a previous test showing you are HIV +?. WB is a confirmatory test.
