Handjob in massage parlor - uncircumcised 22-yr old male.

Hi,

I am an uncircumcised 22-year old guy, no major health problems so far. I had a handjob from a masseuse in a massage parlor. It was a shady place and she was probably a full blown hooker as well. She touched my genitals with her hands a few times before and then used gloves for the actual act. There was no genital-genital contact or oral-genital contact. But her head, (and hence her mouth) was near my penis the whole time she was giving the handjob and she kept talking and moaning the entire time. I dont know if she was HIV positive. If she was indeed HIV-positive, and if she had a cut in her mouth, would any accidental spittle from her mouth(I didn't see any) and if her saliva had contained blood droplets, pose a HIV risk, if they landed on my penis? Her mouth was pretty close to my penis(around 9 inches away), around  that's why I'm worried. Also, I am an uncircumcised man, and I've seen that that increases the risk. I washed off my penis immediately after ejaculation, which seems to have been a mistake, according to other studies I looked up afterwards.

Anyway, my questions are this.
1) How much is the risk, and should I get tested?
2) I thought of getting the PEP/Truvada medication since it has been less than 72 hours, but they are not entirely risk-free either, and it seems that the odds of getting a fatal side-effect(liver, lactic acid problems) from the preventive medication are higher than the odds of me getting HIV from this encounter.

Can someone reply and put my fears to rest? Since, if the risks of PEP justify the chances of me getting HIV, I would have to do it asap within 72 hours.

Thanks in advance and may God bless you.

You didn't have a risk in any way.  You CERTAINLY don't need nPEP.  You don't need testing.

Let it go, and move on with your life.  No HIV concern.

Hi Vance, can you give your valued opinion on this? I would be very grateful.

I am very scared and cannot go back to normal life.

I keep kicking myself for not being circumcized and washing my penis immediately afterwards, which might have increased the chance of infection.

Hi, can some reply to my latest comments? It would help me set my mind at ease if some of the medical experts here would give their opinion.
Since the max period for the PEP is slipping away, I am also concerned about that.

I am killing myself with worry. I am in sore need of a virtual hug and assistance.

Many thanks.

And @DesiGotit, what symptoms did you get? It has been only around 24 hours for me. That maybe why I have no symptoms, whether infection occured or not.

Thanks for your replies, and @DesiGotit, I hope you test negative.

My paranoia is because I am uncircumcised, and the lady was indeed a hooker, with her mouth around 8 inches from my exposed penis.
If a saliva spit had indeed occured, and if blood was present, would the saliva neutralize the HIV in the blood?(assuming she was HIV positive) I am trying to research this, but coming up with nothing.
