4/5 months test reliable

Hello everybody, I had unprotected sex with a unknown girl, 4 months later I tested negative in london with a rapid test, at 21 weeks (4 1/2  months) I tested negative with an ELISA test always in a London hospital. I did not have sex with my wife since as I told her, she has forgiven me and now we want to have a baby. She is negative. Can I consider the results 100% reliable, am I negative and I can try to have the baby or is it better to wait an other test at 6 months? Thank you

. If 3 months is conclusive then any following months would be conclusive. There are no 6 month waiting periods.
