negative at 8 months but have symptoms

hello,
      I am a 25 year old male who had a risky sexual encounter 9 months ago.  I was in the Dominican Republic and for some reason found myself in a brothel.  I had protected sex with one of the female sex workers, but, did have unprotected oral sex.  both giving and reciveing.  I was ill with something that i had pcked up there at the time.  My symptoms consisted of liquid diarrea and severe abdominal pains.  this lasted about a month.  After about 3 months the diarrea came back and i also developed severe night sweats.  I then got my first HIV anti-body test at 3 1/2 mo.  The test was negative.  Since, I have had various symptoms including sore throught, diarrea, loose stools, night sweats,  oral ulcers, white dry tounge,  white bumpy patches in corners of mouth, and swollen lymph nodes behind ears and neck.  I recently had a second test done approx 8 mo. after poss exposure.  This test is also negative.  The doctor i have been consulting is convinced that it is conclusive that I AM negative.  I have my doubts.  I am asking for any info.  particularly from an expert.   I have not had any other risky encounters since.  Also, i am otherwise a very healthy young man who keeps himself in shape.  The only disorder i was ever diagnosed with is macrositic anemea.

WoW! Y'all are a pissy bunch.  I'm sorry if some of us are ignorant, but, hearing second opinions can really help.  Thanks for the help i guess.  But, I must say that many of you need to reach up and grab whatever is gnawing at your bowels and forget about it.  Haveing a little patience and simpathy will go a long way!  I do not mean to offend anyone.  though, it does seem as if some of you could accept that there are people out there just looking for some answers, and hearing it from a few different places is comforting.  
                                         I'm sorry I WASTED you time.  next time don't go looking to crack down on those like myself and let someone with a bit more patience answer the question

regardless of what anybody says i too had had unprotect oral sex....6 mo ago been tested 5 times all neg results but still ahve symptoms associated with hiv... loose bowel, swollen lymp nodes head aches and i see that people keep denying the actual risk that oral sex is no matter how minute the risk it there still is risk associated with oral...... gonaa get tested for 6t th time hope still neg but what gives with symptoms still haveing, lots luck hope all comes out well for u

i'm sorry, but, i did not want this post to turn into a shouting match between other members.  all i wanted was a second opinion.  also, i wanted this post to put things i perspective that are in a simalar situation.  So, that being said.  If anyone has knowlege regarding my situation, please post!

You have two NEGATIVE HIV test result at 3.5 month and 8 month.
NO HIV for you..Move On.

I've had all those symptoms for over a yr and am too afraid to go and test. I also had protected sex, but they claim it was no risk. I even had swollen nodes behind the ear and have one on the neck. I had the flu as well, but I don't believe that's what caused it. I also fingered a prostitute. I'm really scared. It seems u are lucky. 8months is conclusive.
