You didn't have a risk with this encounter.  Only the anal sex with the broken condom was a risk.

I wanna know one situation.
I made group sex today.
My partner ****** a bottom guy with a condom first.then he pulled his penis out of his anus and he rubbed the condom with his hand. Then i took off his condom and sucked his bare **** for about 10 seconds. Then i put a new condom on his penis to **** me.the problem is before ******* me ; he rubbed Lubricant on that new condom with the fingers n hands he first rubbed the old condom which was used in ******* to first bottom. I worry his contaminated hand. i mean anal fluid from old condom to his hands and from his  same hand to new condon while applying gel. Can transmission occur like this?

Ignore the troll, you can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.

As you already know, we recommend testing to 3 months for a conclusive result.  Most docs would tell you that a negative DUO at 4-6 weeks post exposure is either near conclusive, or conclusive, so either way, it's a VERY good sign.  It's looking like you got lucky.

I got 27 days result today.
It was HIV DUO Ultra test in a laboratory and the result was luckily, negative.
I know I have to wait till 12 weeks.
but I wanna know how reliable is this duo test.

The confusion about testing resulted from your own post...

"Can a negative DUO test at 28 days be a good indication?"

You're asking questions that are impossible to answer.  There's NO point in playing this guessing game.  The only solution is to test.  We would recommend testing out to 3 months for a conclusive result, but any negative result along the way greatly reduces the likelihood that you were infected.

1. Are there people who did not contract HIV after unprotected anal insertive sex with positive men for two times like me?  Yes, of course.

2. Are there people who did not contract HIV after such sex with a partner with high viral load?  Again, yes.

3. Sex may last about 5 to 10 minutes. Can such duration said to be prolonged exposure?  That wouldn't be considered a prolonged exposure, and the brevity of the exposure would work in your favor, however again, this is all speculation.  Testing will tell you definitively whether you were infected or not.

Why haven't you tested yet?  How long has it been since this incident?

It doesn't have anything to do with his viral load and his CD4 is not all that low, 500-1500 is normal. You cannot go by CD4s to estimate viral load.

Yes of course.  The fact that you've already had a negative result is very very reassuring.

nPEP is not an option for you, even if it was available.  IN order to be effective, it must be started within 72 hours of the exposure.

There are no guarantees with HIV....you could very easily not get infected, and you could be unlucky this time.  I agree with vance that if you've had two condom failures with HIV+ partners, it's time to rethink your sexual practices.  For one, the time to find out if a partner is infected is BEFORE a sexual act, not during or after.  Secondly, you need to be sure you're choosing condoms that are a proper fit, and make sure you're using plenty of water based lubrication.
