PLEASE HELP

Can anyone in this world, please let me know:

which generation of test it is: HIV antibody screening test using Abbott Determine Recombigent Assay kit. They took blood form my nerve and gave the result in 4 hours time.

What % effective nad reliable it is at 38 days

This test was done in India

Please do not give the standard reply : Antibody test are conlusive at 90 days

you have been assessed as NOT having a risk for contracting hiv from condom protected sex.

for someone who had a risk...YOU DID NOT...a test at 3 months post exposure is conclusive.

May i request you to please provide me the website/link where you saw it to be a 3rd gneration test.

I am not able to find any info about it.

NO TEST HAS BEEN APPROVED TO GIVE CONCLUSIVE RESULTS EARLIER THAN 3 MONTHS POST EXPOSURE.

It is the 3rd generation test. 38 days is almost enough for a normal person. But you' d better take a test 6-8 weeks after the exposure. If the result is neg and you do not have inborn immunity system ailment, you can forget about HIV.
