First, I am going to get tested as soon as possible...so I'm not asking if I should or not.
My situation...I am a gay male who has had 6 partners over the past 2 years. In 4 of those one time encounters, I received anal sex from my partner. Each time my partner used a condom and it did not appear to break or have any malfunctions (I tried to look at it and check). One of those partners on one occasion did not insert his penis into me, but he did rub it around the outside of my anus (this sounds gross, but I made sure to clench because I was paranoid). Also, I gave head to 2 of my partners, though they never came in my mouth (once I tasted a little precum). I have no reason to suspect that they have HIV and each said they were negative when I asked them before hand.
Am I at a significant risk for HIV? Again, I am going to get tested anyway, I have just been paranoid for the last few days because of some potential symptoms...
A few weeks ago, I had a small rash on my hip after playing an ice hockey game. Also, one night I woke up really hot and sweaty, but it was also a hot night (Ive heard night chills are a symptom). And finally, for the last 6 weeks I have had minor urinary discomfort which comes and goes (I tested negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and herpes).
I really just want to know if there is a significant chance that I have HIV or am I being overly paranoid about this?
I would really appreciate feedback because I am beating myself up over it. Thank you very much.
