are bloodstream and vein the same ?

  dear doctor

  i had exposure last month and i went to see a doctor . my doctor told me that hiv need to be directly contact with bloodstream . i didn't get much advise from him and i still don't understand what is bloodstream .

  i would like to know are bloodstream and vein the same ?

  yes i did google it and i still don't understand about it . how large cut or wound on skin will hiv transmitted ? last month other person blood splash on me on bus accident ,

Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
