broken condom

Dear Dr. HHH,
Hi I am a 32 year old Male. I am over wieght and suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. I had sex with a commercial sex worker in Tailand after her giving me a massage. I was in her for a max 2-3 mints only. I pulled out after ejaculating only to see than the condom was broke. I tested at 10 weeks and at 15 weeks past exposure and both of them came back -ve. Some suggest that I should test a 6 months and at 1 year to be 100 % clear that my test results are not a false -ve becuase of the rheumatoid arthritis (an autoammune diseases) ?

Thank for the answer. I just have one more question. Is it cancer it self that gives a false result or the Chemo therapy that does that?

This is not the doctors forum. You are conclusively negative and don't need further testing.
