My name is Marc, I have done something I can never forgive myself for.

97 days ago I received a blow job from a man who is indeed HIV positive,
42 days after the incident I got ARS symptoms, everything besides a fever,
they lasted for about 2 weeks long, til yesterday all the same symptoms have came back
my tounge has red spots all over it like a cheetah, i know i got hiv from this man,
what do you guys advise that i do? should i go test? im just so confused

alright thanks, my last question then ill leave you guys all alone for ever I promise,  the only person ive ever had unprotected sex with is my wife of 8 years, im the only person shes ever had sex with in her life, so I know she is clean, ive never been used needles and that shi t,  anyways, can I resume to have unprotected sex with her? I tested for all stds that could cause infections from receiving oral sex, also took shot of penicillin, doxy percription, and levaquin scpit. I still have symtoms, sore neck sores on tounge might be from the antibiotics side effects? cuz I had bad side effects from doxy, all the stds were negative? so could I have unprotected with my wife?

Risk is always calculated assuming one partner as HIV+, because there is no risk of transmission between two negative partners

As you were told, your risk did not exist. Receptive oral (receiving blow job) is only a "theoretical risk" which means, a "text book" risk without a confirmed documented evidence of any reported case.

When nobody got infected through unprotected receptive oral sex alone, in the entire history of the disease, spread over 3 decades and involving tens of millions of infected people worldwide, rest assured, you are not going to be the first one.
