conclusive test

I had unprotected sex with a risky person in February. I got tested in May, June, and August with the oral testing. And they were negative. I also went to get blood taken bc they thought my immune system was down due to being sick and they tested for my immune system and white blood cells. This came back fine. Can I assume I am completely HIV free? And stop worrying, because I have been worrying alot. And also, I got the last oral test 7 weeks and 9 weeks after I performed unprotected oral sex on a man, is that fine too?

Thank you greatly.

Thank you! Quick question also, do hiv tests test for all strains of hiv? only bc the risky person had sex with a sw in a different country.
