confuse pls help.

i had my 12 weeks hiv test done in two hospitals,the one said negative,while the other says uncertain so they need to confirm  it first.then they get another blood sample for the confirmatory test.and it came out negative.my question is. why is it that the two hospital didnt have the same result,bec the the first hospital i used to visit says need a confirmatory test and the other says it is negative.do i need a further testing? by the way the outcome of the confirmatory test done by the first hospital was negative.so can i move on now?

You don't need further testing. You are conclusively negative.
