could rash be sign of hiv?

Teak, Lizzie, Vance, etc.

On 3/4 - 3/7 went to Vegas and received protected oral (3 different girls), mutual touching ( I fingered striper), sucked ****, and light French kiss one of the girls that gave me protected oral.  On 3/8 or 3/9 I noticed a rash on my legs up to my butt cheeks that was slightly itchy.  Today the rash is still there looks like a slight pink eczema in inner thighs from knee up to my belly button and red dots on shin area.  After all my posts and reading this site I was confident this is safe.  But now I'm wondering if I some how contracted hiv.  I know there was no vaginal sex.  But the stress is starting to make up scenarios that maybe my penis touched a vagina before the protected orals.  I also have irritated throat but no fever that I can remember.

Stupidly i received bj from wife yesterday and she swallowed.  If I have hiv does this put her at risk?

What's my chances of hiv?

Do I need to get tested?

I know hell is waiting for me.  I'm stopping this stupid behavior.   This question will be my last one.  This stress is unbearable and the scary thought of giving my wife something kills me.

Please give me honest answers.

Yes I'm stupid and keep posting because of the syptoms I experience after these stupid encounters.  I never had this rash before.  I'm hoping its from dry skin and a form of eczema.

What would ARS skin rash look like?  What other symptoms would be present with the rash?  How long does an ARS rash last?

Thanks Teak.

Can you also answer the question about my wife swallowing.  That would help relieve some stress.
