could this be hiv

for 2 years now been having heap of strange symptom's, aching legs, sharp pains in legs and arms, tingling sometimes, muscle twitches in arms and legs, cold sensations in arms and legs, feels like rain drops landing on your skin, sometimes i have loose stools, headHead and face reconstruction

I had unprotected oral with a guy and worried i have caught somethin from him, the symptoms didnt start til 6 months later when i had taken  drug's (speed) so i dont know if the drug's have caused all my problems or if i have a std, that was the firstFirst progesterone mc10

I have had ct scan for my headaches but that showed nothing besides imflamation in my sinus
Had a X Ray for the lightheadedness and vertigoBenign positional vertigo

Had a complete blood work done on red, white cells, liver and kidneys all normal, besides a positive C ReactiveReactive arthritis protien * 7, but doctor said nothing to worry about, but i think otherwise, ive read up about pos c reactive protien and it should be below *3 and cprotien is a marker for inflamation (inflammation) so something is definately going on there but my doctor is just stupid and has no idea, been to several actually
Arthritis test was neg'
ANA was Negative'
Vitamin B12 - 314' wich is on the low side
please help someone could these symptoms be HIV
the only tests i havent had done is for std's,
anyone know what could be wrong?
im way to nervouse to get tested and i know i should, i dont need to be told that...
Anyone else experience this?
