so i had an incident in which i needed to change my tire after i saw the metal spike stickin out of the tires so my uncle decided to help me as he was takin out the tire and movin it to the back of my trunk i decided to pick it up and in doing so i got stung by the metal spikes and im worried if my uncle maybe had got stung as he sleeps with prostitutes so im wondering if hiv can be transmitted that way i got a single poke on the palm of my hand and it hurt for a little that day, am i at risk for hiv, PLEASE ANSWER
