Am going crazy

Please help am going crazy, i don't know if am having ARS symptoms. I had a briefly exposure through unprotected viginal sex and oral , it didn't last for 5 second then i used a condom. After we finished i saw blood on the condom.
She initialy told me she was negative  and 5 days after the exposure she confessed that she is positive. Less than 2 weeks after exposure i had flue and it lasted 4-5 days and i have rash on my face. i know it too early but i got tested at week 2 and it was  negative. now am at week 8.
She is not on meds and her CD4 count was 846, i dont know if her viral load was low enough for me not to be infected. i hate her.
i don't have sore throat, stiff neck or diarhia at the moment. With the symptoms i mentioned it possible  that am still having ARS symptoms. Please help am waiting for the 3 month period. Am feeling ok am not tired on anything like that. am sleeping anymore. Can you go through sero-conversion without any symptoms?

Thanks for responding to my post, i finally got the courage to test and twice it came negative. I would like to say stay strong to all the people who are in the same situation i was in for the last 10 months. i know it not easy but knowing early if you are + or not is important. The most important thing is do not take anyones word about their status, i have nothing against + person but i cannot stand lies. i desided to forgive her because maybe she was afraid on rejection and i was not going to reject her because i loved her. the is life even if you are positive.

some ppl never experience symptoms of early infection.

you can test now, at 8 weeks, for a very good indication of your status.  at this point, it is highly unlikely to change.  with that being said...you need to follow up at 3 months for that conclusive result.
