discontinue pep?

Hi I am a 26 year old male heterosexual.I engaged in vaginal sex with a romanian prostitute 4 days ago and the condom broke during vaginal sex.I dont know when the condom broke.the tip of penis was exposed and had the rest of the condom hanging on to my penis base.I rushed to local accident and emergency department and took the starter pep pack for 4 days and I have been advised to follow it up with a sexual health clinic.I have been to the clinic today and I have been advised to stop pep as I had a low risk as i had sex with person of unknown hiv status.Pep has make me feel sick and I am experiencing all the side effects.is it good for me to stop at this point of time or will i be regretting later on if i turn hiv positive. Please help
Thnak you.

We can not make that decision for you, but not something you should have been given in the 1st place. I would follow what the clinic says.
