Yes.i need time.it is too early to test now.now is only 2 weeks per exposure.
Can u tell that HIV coinfection can be confirmed by two chancres present?
"But a lot of people who get Syphilis don't get HIV" is what I said to answer your first question.
Usually it is one point where the chancres occurs. I don't know the answer to your question, but I don't see why it couldn't. It's multiple organisms and if your skin touched her in one place, its certainly possible that it could touch her in another. The infection could enter at both locations.
But I'm not an expert in Syphilis. I'm just saying I don't see a logical reason why it couldn't.
Anyway, get tested. My suggestion is don't wait.
Be well
Oh....Am I sure to be infected?
Can syphilis without HIV show two chancres?
Syphilis and HIV are seen together. But a lot of people get Syphils and not get HIV. It's just that Syphilis increase the chances of getting HIV and so if someone get's it, it's more likely that the person they were with had HIV. So the extra concern.
Unless you feel strongly about waiting, it would be good to get tested early. You can tested at 4 weeks with a 4th gen test. Many people say a 4th gen is conclusive, unless a doctor's other test indicate differently.
4th gens are also called duo tests or ag-ab tests.
Even a 3rd gen test will detect 95% of people who get it at 4 weeks.
Have heart and hope. But if you find out sooner, you're better off.
Research in France found that 17 people who got treated very early were able to get off treatment a few years later. They are not on drugs, but they remain undetectable and they are progressing like "slow progressors."
Slow progressors have a mutation in their gene that keeps the virus in check. But these people had no such mutation.

HIV would be a risk, 28 day DUO test or 8 week antibody test.
