Unprotected Oral Sex: Symptoms of HIV?

I recently received oral sex from someone I met on a sex site. Everything on this site says that this is ZERO risk but I was reading a few other things online from other sites and some say that it is possible to get HIV from a blowjob through having "micro cuts" in the shaft of the penis. Can you please put my mind at ease and explain this a bit to me? Is this a credible possibility or it is absolutely irrational. I can't help but be anxious about this! Please answer! Thank You! Also, I woke up this morning and my skin is peeling on my penis and I am really itchy. White/Skin Colored flakes of skin come off my shaft when I rub it. Is this a symptom? HELP
