does this sound like HIV???

i had unpertected sex with a man i barely even new. all he asked me was if i was on birth control or not which made me think that he was clean if thats all his worry was. but then after we had sex i woke up a few days later with a migrane and bad joint aches in my legs and hips. it lasted for about 4 weeks(only the headache)not joint pain.my tonsiles started acting up and getting that puss balls in it that i would regualarly have to squeese out.then i went into the emergency room due to an ear infection feeling.that pain went away after 2 days.then after that  i was super tired. i felt like i couldnt sleep enough i figured it was because i have a 8 month old child. but its still going on and its been over 2 months now since it happend.just about a week ago i got these painful large bumps (3 of them) on the roof of my mouth. i looked it up on the enternet and it said it was swollen lymphnodes and when you have HIV that happens??????????? it makes me paranoid because we had sex then imediatly after he had told me he needed to leave and i never heard from him again until i texted him asking if he had anything. he seemed really freaked out about it. but didnt go get checked due to insurance costs?? im confused and that makes me wonder. anyways..here are the symptoms im facing now. during this time of sleeping with this random man. i was going through a bad devorce. me and my husband just got back together 2 weeks ago. and he said that he had these bumps on the roof of his mouth as well? so should i worry? me and him hadnt slept together for 5 months prior to this so he wouldnt have gotten the bumps from me. i am so confused. i also suffer from anxiety. i no this sounds a bit all over the place but if you have any professional advice please let me no!
also to add..i have been having bad white think discharge out of my vagina. and the smell is way different the usual. when i got told i may have a irritated ear due to sinuses they gave me a pelvic exam and the tests came back negative. but yet i have this discharge as well. my body is just acting up! is it me and my anxiety or does this sound like HIV or somthing seriouse?

Any negative test is good, but 3 months is conclusive. Bumps in the mouth are meaningless.

okay.even if i tested this early it would be poinltess even if i have strong results and bumps in my mouth?

As I said in STD test at 3 months for a conclusive result. We don't analyze symptoms because they are non-specific and can be related to many other things.
