extremely worried

hi this is a pretty story but one that is making me very anxious and worried.

last week i was extremely drunk and got a prostitute, when we got back to hers i was sucking her breasts and nipples, and feeling her anus, i did not kiss her. she then went to give me oral sex and my penis was in her mouth for unprotected for no more than 3-4 seconds but as i have a partner i told her to stop.

what i am really worried about was it turned out that she was actually a transvestite, quite a convincing one too. we began talking after this and the subject led to her breasts which she said were natural and grew due to the hormones she was taking, i disagreed as they felt fake. she then said that there was milk also coming out of them and she sqeeezed them for me to see, it did not look like milk but certainly ther was some small amount of fluid there.

whats worrying me is that if this fluid had gotten in my mouth am i at risk? given that it could not be real breast milk. and what then was it? and am i now putting my partner at risk?

teak i greatly appreciate any input and i understand your the expert however i am very worried, maybe needlessly but as i mentioned before, i understand it wasnt milk as i am aware trannies cant produce it, that is why i am worried as i seen some fluid and dont know what type of fluid it was? so what could it have been? if it wasnt milk is it possible that it may carry the virus

Get an education. Trannys cannot lactate and lactation does not cause a risk to adults.
