fear the rare 25 cases worldwide

I am from China and my english is not so good. I am trying to express my idea here and I hope you can understand my worry:
there are 25 reported cases of negative antibody tests but actually they are HIV patients. I only had the antibody test(3rd generation in the local hospital). I fear that if i am one of those who can not develop antibody, what should i do? Do the scientists find out the reasons behind the 25 cases? Is antibody test sufficient? Do i have to do other tests? The virus load test is expensive for me to afford. I am a little poor person.
My doctor asks me not to worry about the rare cases. But still there is possibility. So i can not sleep well and eat well/ Please help me out!

Dear Teak:

I do not know whether you know this question or not:
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---Prevention/HIV-infection-found-no-antibody/show/1579458
My question is somewhat related to this aspect. Because a famous doctor in HIV field always stresses that there is no 100% guarantee that antibody test can show whether a person develops HIV,and some patients are not those in late period of HIV. I just want to know what is the latest information about why there are 25 persons or more who failed to develop antibody, so that i can force myself to stop worry about this issue.

If you couldn't develop antibodies you wouldn't be posting on a forum.
