Really desperate need help!!Please!

Good day and God bless!
I am so scared and i need your help. I have negative (non reactive) antibody test (anti Hiv test) i guess 3rd generation. It is done many years after risk exposure. Index value is 0.576 and <0.9 is negative. That is all ok. But, i recently heard scary thing, that there is some people who are HIV positive but don t have antibodies!! Is that true? If it is, what is the point of antibody test? Do i need to do antibody&antigen test? My last exposure was more than 6 years before i took my antibody test. Please help me, i am scared, i think i am going crazy :(
