Am I infected?

Dear Dr.
The day before yesterday, I met a very hot girl in the bar.We talked very pleasantly. After that, we went to the hotel. She put on me a condom and we made love.About ten minutes later, she took the condom and gave it to me, and I ejaculated in her mouth. But today I know, she is a prostitute. At the same time, I found that I had balanitis.I am very afraid now.I'm afraid I will get AIDS.What should i do?

You should calm down. You had protected vaginal sex and the condom did not break. You had NO RISK for HIV and do NOT NEED TO TEST.

That you "finished" by having oral sex, even with the balanitis, does put you at risk for HIV, but does put you at risk for other STD's.

Consult your doctor or urologist for a complete STD panel and the cause for the balanitis.

You do not have HIV.

Very sorry..........the above SHOULD read "even with the balanitis, does NOT put you at risk for HIV......."
You mean that I have no risk for HIV.So I do not need to worry about this risk. But I have the risk of contracting STDs,So I should do the monitoring of STDs.Is that meaning?
Yes...........that is what I mean. Protected vaginal sex is safe sex and you had NO RISK FOR HIV.
Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV, but can be a risk for orally transmitted diseases. Human saliva contains bacteria and enzymes that render HIV inactive (unable to infect) but you do need to be tested for other STD's. YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV.
Thank you, wish you have a good life.
You're welcome! I wish you a good life as well.
