Sex with CSW

This forum is a great platform for people with HIV phobias to release their worries.
I have a question to ask. I went to a CSW for once and it was the first sex ever. It was protected, as I remember the condom didn't fail because the CSW pulled it off me afterwards and when i saw it the tip of my penis was covered before it was pulled out. I didn't ejaculate because I was quite drunk during that time.
I wonder am I in risk from any HIV or STDS? I've been worrying for 3 weeks already please help me out.

no risk for std and hiv?
i see some very light colored red dots after i masturbate  a week ago, they are flat and painless and didn't turn into any blister or sores in a week. Could it be related to STD?
